1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

Not a final sale or non-returnable item (see below)
📌 We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

Personal care and beauty devices that have been opened or used

Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

Digital products or downloadable content

Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
📌 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

9. Customs, Duties & International Returns
We ship globally. NevKer is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or return fees incurred during the return process from international locations.
